I too LOVE dosa, and it is hard to get a really good one in Australia. My first was in Bangalore, and I was a devoted fan at once. Since then I have had them all over India, in all shapes and sizes, varying degrees of crispness, and with a whole range of fillings. Glad you love them too. How fabulous!
